Glen Ayre is a 50-unit smoke free affordable apartment community for residents aged 62 and older located in New Milford, CT.
The community includes 50 one bedroom units with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and living area. All residents must meet income restrictions as established by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Rents are 30% of monthly adjusted household income and include all utilities except telephone and cable TV. Each unit is equipped with a window sleeve for air conditioner (not provided).
Glen Ayre is owned by the non-profit Hillside Elderly Housing.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
