Red Bank Consumer Home provides affordable housing for the Disabled.

Cspnj housing is affordable for persons who are low income,  independent with every tenant having a lease with the responsibility for paying rent,    permanent with occupancy provided as long as the tenant pays rent and fulfills lease terms. 

Supportive Services are a flexible response to individual needs,    available as and when needed by the nt, and accessible where the tenant lives.

 Community Enterprises Corporation manages permanent supportive housing in New Jersey for adults with special needs.

Residents of the homes are provided with supportive services from the Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey, Inc. supportive services team or another service provider. 

To be eligible for this housing program individuals must be:    over 18 years of age considered low income a present and/or past recipient of mental health services; or individual with special needs Call (732) 866-4330 for more information.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
