Ridge Oak Senior Citizens Apartment Details

Ridge Oak Senior Housing is a private non-profit organization established to provide rent subsidized rental apartments to age and income eligible Seniors.

Applicants must be 62 years of age or older at the time of application. 

Eligible applicants pay rent based upon 30% of income and income from assets.

Rent subsidy is provided through the US Department of Housing and Urban Development.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
