Gateways Apartments Apartment Details

The Gateway Manor Community Residence provides the opportunity for 14 mentally ill individuals to live in a family setting while developing the skills needed to fulfill the ultimate goal of independent living.

The residence is certified by the Office of Mental Health and has a 24-hour professional staff on duty.

The fully accessible, one-story contemporary arts and crafts style residence provides a home-like environment and is located in an attractive, country environment outside of the city of New Paltz.

The residence has a large property and takes full advantage of the nature and environment.

Transportation is provided to either New Paltz.

Kingston or other community services as necessary.  

Gateway Manor is a transitional residence with a 2 year average length of stay.  

Eligibility Requirements:   

Persons age 18 or over

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
