The complex is located in a 3-story building adjacent to the Bell Mansion Senior Center and across from the Bellwood Home Town Market. Blair County very low income limits apply.

All apartments are subsidized by the government.  

The tenants pay no more than 30% of their income as rent, including utilities.

All units must be rented to persons of very low income.
