Building Features:

• 10 one-bedroom apartments - 1 or 2 people
• 15 two-bedroom apartments - 2 to 4 people
• 8 three-bedroom apartments - 3 to 6 people
• 2 one-bedroom apartments specially designed for the mobility impaired

The one-bedroom units are one level

The two and three-bedroom units are two levels

Apartment Features:

• Electric range and refrigerator in each unit 
• Carpeting in all bedroom(s)
• Carpeting or wood grain laminate in the living rooms
• Full bath
• Large pantry in kitchen
• Shed on rear patio
• Front porch and small individual patio
• Cable television hook-up
• Self adjusting heat
• Front and back entrance
• On-site laundry facility
• 24-hour answering service for maintenance emergencies

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
