The Manor offers an affordable option in apartment living by offering income-based rent, which includes all utilities. It offers apartment-style living with super amenities included for seniors age 62 and up.
All apartments are designed for those who self-manage their own life skills. These one-bedroom units are cozy with a full kitchen and bath in addition to a spacious living room and bedroom.

Each residents rent is based on income and includes all utilities, maintenance, and trash removal. Here, each persons monthly payment is different. If you calculate 30% of your gross monthly income, you will have a close estimate of what you would pay each month. We love to try different restaurants, tour museums, and sight-see.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
