Meadow Vistas is a completely accessible, affordable apartment community in Mentor on the Lake.
Operated by Maximum Accessible Housing of Ohio (MAHO), Meadow Vistas consists of two ranch-style buildings with 12 units each (2 two-bedroom and 10 one-bedroom).
There is a laundry room and trash room in each building.
This community is designed for independent living; MAHO does not provide meals, transportation, personal care services, emergency response services, shopping, housekeeping, furnishings, etc.
The tenant, either alone or with assistance, is responsible for obtaining these and any other needed services.
There is a verification of physical mobility disability through our application process.
Rent is subsidized through HUD and income limits apply.

For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.
