LHDC Milltown Housing for the Elderly Apartment Details

Milltown senior apartments offers 39 recently updated one and two bedroom apartments for persons 62 years and older, or handicapped. The affordable apartments feature a community room, computer access, laundry facilities, shelter house, and a Service Coordinator is available to arrange resident services.
Water, sewer, and trash is included in rent. Satellite TV is also available.
The Milltown senior apartments are eligible for Section 8 rental subsidy.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
