Chrisney senior apartments feature affordable one bedroom apartments for persons 62 years and older, or handicapped. The 22 unit apartment complex is conveniently located and also offers a community room and laundry facility. All utilities are included in rent. Cable TV is also available.
The Chrisney Community Apartments offers Section 8 rental subsidy.
How To Apply
Persons interested in applying to rent apartments owned and/or managed by Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) may print, complete and sign the LHDC Application For Occupancy (on the website listed above) and return it to the following address:

Please be sure to indicate at the top of the application the specific apartment property or properties for which you are making application.  A member of LHDC's Housing Department will follow up with applicants on all applications received.  Submission of an Application for Occupancy does not guarantee that apartments in specific units are immediately available.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
