Dillon Hall was formed in partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to provide affordable housing for seniors in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Dillon Hall apartments are available to individuals age 62 or older who meet income requirements.

Dillon Hall also accepts applications from people younger than age 62 who meet HUD requirements.

Rent at Dillon Hall is 30% of a residents income and includes all utilities. 

Pets AllowedResidents may have pets (dogs and cats up to 25 lbs. with reasonable accommodation for assistance and service animals).

Residents with pets pay a one-time deposit of $150.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
