The Park Tower, a 14 story Senior High-Rise in Joliet, IL, offers a more independent setting with all the comforts of home.  As an Illinois Housing Development Authority facility, rent is based on income.
Eligibility Requirements:
To qualify for residency, a person must be at least 62 years of age and qualify under the low income guidelines.  The rent is based on income, which includes regular income as well as income from assets.  Rents are 30% of the adjusted income after out of pocket medical expenses.
