Residency is restricted by age and income:
Age Limit: Applicants must be 62 years of age, or older.  Only one member of a two person household needs be 62 or older.
Income Limits: For Annex II, Villas Section 8 units, Manor and Wings II: $36,500 for one person; $41,700 for two persons. For Center II and Villas unsubsidized units: $58,350 for one person; $66,700 for two persons.
Rents: Annex II and Wings II rents are based on 30% of income.  A $40 electric allowance is allotted to the Wings II building and a $40 electric allowance is allotted to the Annex II building.  Manor and Villas Section 8 unit rents are based on 30% of income; all utilities are included except phone and cable TV.  The apartments are one-bedroom units, with full kitchens, for independent seniors. 

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
