McCormack Apartments is a low income apartment for the disabled. McCormack believes in helping adults who suffer from serious mental illness reach their fullest potential. Residents with a serious and persistent mental illness enjoy the least restrictive housing available. 1 and 2 bed-room units are available. Some units are specifically designed to accommodate the needs of physically handicapped tenants. Rent is based on monthly income. Additional services such as day treatment, case management, medication management and therapy are also offered to residents.
This apartment accepts HUD subsidies.
For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income.

Small pets, only 1. Proof of shots are required as well as a pet deposit. Dogs must be leashed and picked up after at all times.
