NO THEY ARE NOT SAFE, apartments flood when it rains n snows, gas leaks constantly, my neighbor came over and got me to show me her kitchen ceiling it has a big whole in it cuz it came crashing down on her head, it has alot of mold in it, her bathroom she has 6 small holes with mold in her ceiling. All the apartments are roach infested no matter what you spray they just never go away.

They say no, but there is a bunch of residents with felons that live here.

Only water and trash, you pay electric and if you add like cable or internet you pay those as well.
