Burns Manor Apartments offers apartment properties under the Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) program.
The rents are based on the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant-based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide low rates for low-income tenants.

This facility has a community room, library, piano room, outside garden and barbecue area. There is a Service Coordinator at the site four days a week to assist residents in linkage to agencies and programs to enable them to continue living independently.
