Granada Gardens is a subsidized housing community for families as well as seniors. Rent is based on income level.
If rent is subsidized, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), a U.S. government agency, pays the remainder.
Monthly rental of the apartment, as well as gas and water. Electricity is paid for by the resident. If the resident qualifies, an electric allowance is deducted from their rent. Energy assistance from the state may be available.

Granada Gardens sits on 10 sprawling acres of grassy lawns and mature trees, providing affordable housing to both families and seniors.
Our community is conveniently located near schools, parks, a library, numerous churches, and shopping centers.
There is ample parking for residents, laundry facilities, a recreation room, and a childrens play area. Each apartment offers a patio or balcony, cable access, and kitchen appliances.
