Congregational Tower has 186 non smoking apartment units, a combination of one-bedroom and studios.

Congregational Tower is a subsidized housing community for seniors aged 62 & over. The term "subsidized housing" means that the rent is based on income. A resident of the community pays approximately 30% of their income as rent.

They have 16 brand new handicap-accessible one-bedroom units that feature lower cabinets, wider doorways, and larger bathrooms. Each apartment includes a full kitchen, living/dining area, and full bathroom.

Monthly rental of the apartment, as well as electric, hot water, trash & Free Wifi Service. The resident will only need to pay a separate additional bill for home phone service as well as cable if desired.
