Ashland Village was acquired by Eden Housing in 2009 to preserve its long-term affordability and to improve the quality of life of the residents. The renewal of this complex included the addition of a sleek new Community Building with computer lab and internet connection. The upgrades offer a community room and kitchenette, outdoor covered and uncovered gathering spaces and new management and services offices.
The apartments received interior upgrades, new roofs, better accessibility and landscape improvements including tot-lots and play areas. An on-site laundry is also available.
Ashland Village is located adjacent to restaurants and a Youth Center. It is located near a library and shopping mall which includes movie theaters, a fitness gym, and personal services. A local transit bus route stops right in front of the building, which also provides easy access to freeways 880 and 580. For those with cars, onsite parking is available.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
