Shasta Point is a clean, comfortable, and secure three-story building with an elevator, indoor mailboxes, in-house laundry facilities, video surveillance, and locked exterior doors. Air-conditioned apartments feature fire sprinklers and emergency pull cords. Amenities include resident computers with internet, resident gardens, a pet area, and a community room for games, parties, and other activities. A management team oversees daily operations and routine maintenance. We are a smoke-free community.

This apartment accepts HUD subsidies. For HUD subsidized apartments, if you qualify for low income housing and they have available apartments, rent is based on 30% of your Adjusted Gross Income. Call for details.
