Applewood is a Public Housing Community operated by the Greensboro Housing Authority. The community consists of 50 One, Two and Three Bedroom apartments and is located in a quiet neighborhood near Battleground Park. The complex is currently zoned for the following schools Claxton Elementary, Kernodle Middle School and Western High School.
