Mutual Housing assumed ownership of Carter Court in September 2008. This 20 unit development was constructed in 2002. It is located seven miles from Hartford off Route 17 in Glastonbury, CT. The project offers a mix of 6 one-bedroom units, 8 two-bedroom units and 6 three-bedroom units housed in 5 two story buildings.
