City of Carrollton Housing Authority Apartment Details

City of Carrollton Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of programs such as Low Rent Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. The Authority currently manages 279 Public Housing Rentals and 109 HCV - Section 8 Vouchers and 42 Tenant Protection Vouchers. These programs are income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for vouchers or rentals and at times the lists may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance and the size of and length of wait on the lists.
