Clare Gardens is a 128 unit townhome housing development, comprised of three and four bedroomResident Resource Center at Clare Gardens, Denver, CO townhomes. All of our townhomes are subsidized through the HUD Section 8 Program under which our residents pay only 30% of their adjusted income for rent.

We have 22 grouped townhome buildings with extensive grounds that include a children's playground area and access to a Recreation Center that features a gymnasium, in-door pool and Kids' Cafe. Clare Gardens also offers a resident resource center with computer lab, where our residents can gather for tutoring services, educational programs and many other personal enrichment activities.

A Resident Service Coordinator is on staff to provide you with support and advocacy while liking you to the community services available in your area.
