Community League of the Heights Apartment Details

The Community League of the Heights, or CLOTH, works to preserve and develop the housing stock of Southern Washington Heights for low-income families and individuals. They rehabilitate existing projects and work on new construction projects to make available even more affordable housing  units for rent. Most of these units have been developed with equity raised from Low Income Housing Tax Credits, targeted to low-income households earning less than 60% of the Area Median Income, and all projects projects are marketed in accordance with HPD’s and HUD Fair Housing Guidelines. CLOTH should be contacted for more information on these and other housing projects and services, and for information on rental availability and eligibility.
