Maricopa County Housing Authority manages the Housing Choice Voucher Program, formerly Section 8 , as well as owning, maintaining and operating 790 Public Housing Apartments in 16 communities throughout Maricopa County. There may be a waiting list for Vouchers and Rentals within their communities.
