Northwest Regional Housing Authority is a Public Housing Authority that offers many programs to assist with housing related needs. We assist individuals and families in obtaining safe, suitable, and sanitary housing. NWRHA is a HUD Certified Counseling Agency and offers Housing Counseling in the form of financial management, rental and purchase education, and home maintenance. Our Housing Counseling and Section 8 Voucher programs serve the NWA Counties of Baxter, Boone, Carroll, Madison, Marion, Newton and Searcy.

Additionally, Homeownership Programs are also available in the counties of Benton, Fulton, Izard, Stone, and Washington.
