Rankin Terrace is a Low Rent Public Housing Community operated by the Wilmington Housing Authority. The property consists of 80 town homes that range in size from 2 - 5 bedrooms with 824 to 1508 square feet of space. The community is located less than a mile from downtown Wilmington and features a community center, an activity room and playground. These rentals are income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. There may be waiting lists for these rentals and at times the lists may close to new applicants based on the size of and length of wait on the lists.
