"Ruth A. Tinsman Pavilion" is an Elderly Turnkey Development Project, comprised of 100 one-bedroom units, and is located at 6545 West 24th Avenue, Hialeah, Florida. It was named in honor of Commissioner Ruth A. Tinsman, who is the present Chairperson and served as a former Vice-Chairperson of the Hialeah Housing Authority's Board of Commissioner. Mrs. Tinsman has been a resident of Hialeah for over 50 years and a dedicated member of the Board of Commissioners. The construction of the "Ruth A. Tinsman Pavilion" was completed in December of 1996.
