The Eleanor Senior Public Housing Apartments Apartment Details

The Eleanor contains 62 units of elderly housing, 35 of which provide congregate services, including dining, wellness programs, and housekeeping.
Eligibility for Eleanor Congregate is
62 years of age or older.
Applicants must have temporary or periodic difficulties with one or more essential activities of daily living such as feeding, bathing, grooming, dressing or transferring.
Applicant must be able to live independently with the help of congregate services.
Applicant must be an American Citizen or have residency status
Income limits are set at $35,640 for one person or $40,680 for a household of 2 people.
The Eleanor's congregate apartments have accessible features and individual controls for heat and air conditioning. The Eleanor has 24 hour staff in a secured building. Utilities are included in the rent. Residents can take advantage of common space throughout the building, a community/activity room and laundry facilities on each floor. Eleanor Apartments are located on the Park Avenue bus line. Heat and other utilities are included in the rent.
