Westby Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of Low Rent Public Housing. This program is income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD.There may be waiting lists for these rentals and at times the lists may close to new applicants based on the size of and length of wait on the lists. 24 hour on call maintenance staff for emergencies
Utilities included in rent except cable hookup and telephone
Sizable laundry room set up to make completing your laundry an easier task

Spacious community rooms to visit comfortably with other tenants, visitor, family and friends
Parking available near the building for easy access.
Pets allowed with prior approval and all requirements must be met
