Wilmington Housing Authority Apartment Details

Wilmington Housing Authority provides housing assistance to low income residents through the management of programs such as Low Rent Public Housing and the Housing Choice Voucher Program - Section 8. These programs are income based and the eligibility requirements are set by HUD. There may be a waiting list for vouchers or rentals and at times the lists may close to new applicants due to the overwhelming need for housing assistance and the long wait time for assistance for those already on the waiting lists. If you are in need of housing assistance please contact the Housing Authority directly to obtain more information about program eligibility requirements, availability of assistance or rentals, the status of any waiting lists and their application   procedures.
