Artspace Sailboat Bend Lofts Apartment Details

Located in Fort Lauderdale's historic Sailboat Bend neighborhood, the Artspace Sailboat Bend Lofts are complete! Artspace, in a unique public/nonprofit partnership with Broward County Cultural Division and the City of Fort Lauderdale, have created 37 units of affordable live/work studios for individuals and their families.

The live/work units are available to families earning 50% and 60% of area median income.

There are 16 1-bedroom, 18 2-bedroom, and three 3-bedroom units in the three-story building designed in a U-shape around dedicated parking.

Adjacent to the new-construction lofts, we are renovating the Historic West Side School, built in 1923, as the new home for the Broward County Historical Commission.

This exciting new facility is located within walking distance of downtown Fort Lauderdale and its many cultural facilities, the Riverwalk, and Himmarshee historic district.
