They do not maintain their walkways adequately. There is frequently rocks and debris on sidewalks. They also do not put cinders or snowmelt down in winter, thus walkways are unsafe from presence of ice that is not addressed by management.

Dogs, cats, fish & caged birds accepted. You have to pay extra for pets. If you get a complaint about your dog barking, you will get one warning. A second barking complaint will get you evicted.
