TELACU Hacienda is a lovely 74-unit affordable senior housing community. We are conveniently located in downtown San Bernardino next to TELACU Monte Vista. Grocery stores, banks, a shopping center and senior center are all within a few blocks. Some of the amenities include carpeting, gas range/stove, refrigerator, air conditioning/heating, an outdoor courtyard, on-site laundry, convenient to public transportation; handicap-accessible units, security card access system, various monthly activities, as well as a warm and friendly staff.
Eligibility
Head of household must be at least 18 years-old and handicap/disabled at time application is submitted. Household income must not exceed 50% of the HUD annual income limits. Rent is based on 30% of adjusted gross income.
