This affordable housing program is for individuals and families with moderate incomes allowing below market rents for those who qualify. The program is not a subsidized housing program as each resident is responsible for their full amount of rent each month. Rental amounts are based on the pre-set income limits in the geographic area and not based on your individual household income. To be income eligible, your total household 'gross' income must be less than the pre-set income limit for the area.

Clark Commons is a workforce housing community for 70 households open since Spring 2016. The one-bedroom and three-bedroom apartment homes include energy efficient appliances, lighting and fixtures. This community is smoke-free and features a large community center with on-site laundry facilities, a fabulous fitness center and technology  center, outdoor dining and play areas, and a soon to be built community park. Onsite educational services and health and wellness programs are provided to residents by Jamboree.
