Family friendly, but depemding on the bldg you move too, safety is an issue

Yes, $400 deposit & $35 extra added to the rent. Cats ok, but there is a restriction on dog breeds.

Yes & no. The management is okay. They allow you to pay your rent on the 15th of the month if needed with a $125 late fee. They waive your first late fee though. I live in the B bldg & we all look out for each other & it is quite. Other blogs are not too safe & have been reported as known drug houses (bldgs E, F, G) Management is working on getting these individuals out but the police presence every night in these bldg can make you wonder what is going on

Building B is just as bad as any other building. This place is the scum of west haven, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to move in there unless you have no other choice.. just saying management is awesome but maintenance sucks horribly!
