Garden Court Lapaz is a 14-unit, one-story apartment community built in 2010, open to residents 62 years and older who meet income requirements.
Amenities:
Gas, heat, electric, water, sewage, and trash are all conveniently included with the rent at Argos Garden Court. Laundry facilities are located inside the building. We have a spacious community room on the property, along with four patios to sit out on.
Residents at Garden Court Lapaz enjoy various activities such as several potluck gatherings a month for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and an occasional \"coffee time.\" In the summer, many residents participate in \"Flower Day\" where they assist in the planting of flowers around the outside of the building and enjoy a catered lunch. In December, Bradley Residential Management hosts a Resident Christmas Dinner for all residents.

Location:
Garden Court Lapaz is located on Cale Street, 15 miles south of South Bend and approximately 10 miles north of Plymouth. Bank, P.O., Dollar General, Arby's, McDonalds and Burger King are all located within mile of the apartments.
Rental Requirements:
We ask that applicants to Garden Court Lapaz complete a rental application packet. The packet includes an application, credit check, police check, sex offender check and any other items that may pertain to the applicant. Our residents must meet income guidelines and rental criteria.
Rental Rates:
Rents are based on 30% of a resident's adjusted income. Please contact our rental office and speak with our friendly and knowledgeable staff for annual income limits.
