Mission is accomplished by keeping residents in their communities, preserving existing affordable housing, and promoting and supporting the construction of affordable housing for low income families.
EIS exists to protect and improve new yorkers' quality of life by stabilizing the neighborhood.
Eis helps to preserve existing affordable housing stock by advocating for and educating tenants, preventing their eviction.
