Washington Square Apartments for Seniors Apartment Details

Washington Square Apartments is a 14 story high rise providing 152 units of independent living for Seniors 62 years and over and physically handicapped. Washington Square Apartments features 2 studio apartments and 150 one bedroom apartments. The rent is based on 30% of income and all utilities are included.  The age limit will be waived as to those persons qualifying as handicapped within the provisions of the HUD Regulatory Agreement according to Social Security guidelines.

Tenant must be capable of living independently in accordance with the terms of the lease. Resident must meet the current HUD Income limits, and all applicable HUD guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to credit history, landlord history, and criminal and background checks.
