Laundry suites are centrally located on each floor to accommodate the needs of all residents. All homes are equipped with refrigerators and an electric range. One of the best aspects of life at Park Towers is that heat and hot water are free. Park Tower Apartments is also a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted on the property, including apartment homes, common areas, parking lots, landscaped areas, etc.
