Office hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30-4:00, or Friday 8:30-3:00.
Our goal is to provide safe, affordable, and energy-efficient housing for low-income and/or homeless families or individuals. Families without a safe place to call home lack an essential element that must exist. Through our four housing strategies, we aim to meet the housing needs of South Carolina families.
We provide affordable rental housing options for homeless and low income families and individuals. Our homes are quality-crafted and attractive, and include primarily one to three bedroom single-family homes, as well as stacked duplexes, & townhomes. We operate according to income guidelines; an applicant's total household income needs to be at or below 80% of the area median income in order to qualify. Rents typically range from $500-$625 a month.

Important information
Waiting Lists
Most low income apartments have waiting lists. Some of these lists can take years until you can be called for openings. The key is to try to get on as many waiting lists as possible.

Call The Apartments Directly
We provide phone numbers and websites. Call the apartments directly if they have openings or open waiting lists.

Apartment Rates
We provide current apartment rates on many listing pages. Most HUD listings do not have published rates. They are based on 30% of the renters adjustable gross income. You will need to contact the apartments to determine if you qualify for income based rent.
