Yes, they are very safe and quiet! I think they are one of the best for families.

The lease says no pets, however, almost every apartment has a dog or cat and there is no problem at all. I personally don’t have a pet, but my neighbors’ pets don’t bother me.

I would very much to recommend this apartments! A new playground is 5 min walking distance, as well as Westview high school; and Mesa Verde middle school. Vons - 3 min.
