Eligibility:
Income must be verifiable at or below 30%, 50% or 60% of Pierce County Tax Credit Standards depending on the unit you are applying for. All applicants are screened for criminal, residential history, and credit. Homeless units further require 3rd party verification of homelessness, and willingness to cooperate with on-site Case Management services.
How much rent would you pay?
Rents are set at affordable limits based upon annual household income. Some units are subsidized by Pierce County Housing Authority, with rents based upon a percentage of tenant income.
