The Houston County and Warner Robins Housing Authority provides low income residents through the management of Low Rent Public Housing. This program is income based and the eligibility guidelines are set by HUD. The Authorities currently manage 426 public housing rentals in the City of Warner Robins and 40 rentals under the Houston County Housing Authority. There may be a waiting list for these rentals and at times the lists may close to new applicants based on the overwhelming need for housing assistance and the size of and length of wait on the lists. If you are in need of assistance in the area please contact the Housing Authority directly to obtain more information about program eligibility requirements, availability of rentals, the status of any waiting lists and their application procedures.
At the time of this listings last update , July 2011, The Authorities website stated that all waiting lists were closed except for the list for their Kemp Harrison Homes community which is a Senior Community.
Their office is available Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 5:00pm to assist you.
