CHIP's Multi-Family Department develops apartment communities for low-and very-low income residents utilizing a variety of local, State, Federal, and private funding sources.
Corning West Apartments is a CHIP-managed complex that consists of 44 studio units, 22 of which are rentable to any single or 2 person household, while the other 22 units are only for seniors 55 yrs or older.

Amentities include on-site manager, on site laundry room, and units furnished with stove and refrigerator. The complex is in close proximity to a bus stop (located at the front of the entrance), the heart of downtown Corning, and within walking distance of grocery store, fast food, churches, and hair salons.
