Centerview Terrace offers 1 & 2 bedroom apartments at a very affordable rate. Our apartments are total electric, so that means NO GAS! Our apartments come equipped with built-in shelving, dishwasher, garbage disposal, spacious closets, and large living rooms. We are close to a shopping center that includes, Publix, fast food, stores, and other eateries. We are with-in walking distance to Chuck Camp Park and they have a walkign trail, playground, ball fields, and other amenities. In our community, we have an on-site laundry facility, a playground, and a sparkling swimming pool that hosts many summer parties. We are proud to say that our application fee and deposit are much less than other communities. Our application fee is only $35 and our deposit is only $200. We have just lowered our rent today! A 1 bedroom is $540 and our 2 bedroom is $620. One other benefit that Centerview Terrace offers is that you pay for your water through us. The water charge is $10 per adult and $5 per child living in the apartment. This costs much less than going through an actual water company. It is a flat rate every month and will never fluctuate.
