Centennial Village Apartments is a 200-unit garden-style apartment community in Camden, NJ. The property sits on over 15 acres of land in a park-like setting, and is surrounded on two sides by the Cooper River; with Downtown Philadelphia just a stone's skip across the water. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide families with an affordable, safe, and comfortable living environment in the Camden area.
We have 3 floor plans at Centennial Village - ranging from comfortable one-bedroom apartments to spacious three-bedroom town homes. When not at home, you'll want to head over to our community room and mix with other residents or take your children to the playground or basketball court. The entire complex is gated for privacy and additional security, so you don't have to worry about you or your children enjoying the grounds. We have a controlled access system and dedicated Camden Police Officers who guard the entrance to monitor traffic coming to and from the community.
