Pinellas Village provides Section 42, LIHTC (Low Income Tax Credit) apartment properties. The rents are based upon the Area Medium Income (AMI) and tenant based utility allowances. At least 20% of these apartments must provide these low rates for low-income tenants.

Catholic Charities-Pinellas Village is a non-profit affordable community. Our mission is to promote and preserve quality affordable housing. The community features 120 spacious two and three bedroom apartments with energy saving appliances, spacious living areas, 24 hour laundry facility, and 24 hour emergency maintenance.
