No. Not at all. The outside lighting is broken and the complex is not well lit.

I find it very safe and almost everyone in the two bedroom apartments have kids. They have all been very nice

Yeah, one to get out of their lease.

Heck no. The management comes and go as they please which means most of the time they are not there even during the "listed" hours they say they will. Maintenance is landlords husband and dad. Cleaning crew is her mom...so no checks and balances.
